A Pre-Grooming questionaire/client details must be completed and signed before the pets first groom by Muttley's. This form will be a record for grooming history and details of the pets health record and pets owner's detail. This can be filled in before your visit to the salon by pressing the get in touch button the form will then download for you. Or alternativetly we will complete it on your first visit.

Untill we get to meet your dog its hard to give an actual price it varies from breed, size and weight and also type of coat.
But after first grooming then this price should be to same on each visit as long as the dog has regular appointments.
Flea Treatment
If a dog has a infestion of fleas when arriving at salon then Debbie will have to treat the pet and also clean the salon so we dont get an infestion if this happens there will be an extra charge.
Puppies
The Puppy Induction consists of 2 sessions, over 2 weeks. We will cover handling, bathing, table, drying, clippers and scissors. We will reward your puppy with lots of cuddles and playtime. Our aim is to make the experience as enjoyable as possible, a positive introduction early on to grooming will help your puppy look forward to being pampered for the rest of their lives.
Ideally a puppy should start a grooming session as soon as possible after they have completed their course of initial vaccinations. This is usually about 13 weeks old, but the Puppy Induction is available for puppies up to 4 months of age.
